Tuesday, May 18th is the divine day Sri Adi Sankara took birth in Kalady village in God's own country namely Kerala in South India. How fortunate we all are to be born in Bharat and is our fundamental duty just to know a few details especially what he preached to the humanity. The minimum we should do is to read about his brief life history with pictures by clicking the link below

Some of us know that a film of Sri Adi Sankara was made in our sweet TELUGU language some time ago which I happened to watch by chance when I was in Guntur at our Home only 10 minutes or so just before it ended. I cursed my self on that day for not able to watch from the beginning in one of Telugu channels. I was trying my best to try to get that film but in vain. If anybody has any information about this film made by SUBBARAMIREDDI, I will be most grateful.
